Development And Application Of Automatic Transfer Box For Test Signal Of Flight Control System

The fight control system of aircraft adopt digital telex control system that is new generation,For testing and verification,it mainly rely on the flight control system Iron Bird test environment(Iron Bird Platform)and ensure its flight safety after a series of perfect iron bird platform testing.Firstly,this paper introduces the development history,composition and test principle and method of flight control system,explaining the function and composition of the flight control system Iron Bird Platform in detail,analyzing the test requirements of the iron bird platform and the reason of affecting the efficiency of the iron bird test.Secondly,the automatic transfer box is used to realize the automatic configuration of the experimental environment of the flight control system,so as to achieve the purpose of automatic distribution of the signal line on the iron bird platform.The whole transfer system consists of test signal transfer box,terminal box and control computer.Based on the domain knowledge of flight control experiments,matrix transfer between large-scale experimental signals is realized.Then,the relay board and switch matrix card are used to realize signal switching,on-off,injection and acquisition between the simulation system,flight control computer and airborne equipment.Then,to support the program management of the automatic transfer box and other hardware devices,designing the automatic transfer control management software.detailing the framework,function and design of the automatic transfer software.The functions of the automatic transfer software are tested.Finally,the completed automatic transfer system is applied to the iron bird platform comprehensive test of the model aircraft,which makes the test environment reconfigurable and configurable.Through practical engineering applications,it is proved that the automatic transfer system greatly improves the test efficiency of the iron bird platform.Automatic transfer technology based on this idea has been used in subsequent models.
