The ship CFD technology has become more and more widely used in the research of ship hydrodynamic performance because of its many advantages such as resource saving and convenient modification.With the development of ship CFD,the research of ship maneuvering movement based on CFD technology has also made rapid progress.In recent years,ocean-going fisheries have developed rapidly,and their scale and overall strength have been significantly improved.The purse seiner is the most important type of fish for fishing in the upper and middle waters of the ocean.The seine fishery is also an important part of China’s modern marine fishery.Good maneuverability is the guarantee of the safety of purse seiner,so it is necessary to study the maneuvering movement of purse seiner.The CFD method is used to simulate the maneuvering movement of the purse seiner,and the corresponding hydrodynamic and torque changes of the ship in the maneuvering movement are systematically analyzed,and the related hydrodynamic derivatives are obtained to provide basic data for establishing the maneuvering motion equation of the ship,thereby providing a purse seine The maneuverability assessment of fishing vessels provides a basis for the study of maneuverability of purse seiners.The research content of this article includes the following aspects:First,the relevant basic theories of CFD numerical simulation,including basic equations,boundary conditions,grid technology and VOF algorithm.Then,the relevant content of ship maneuverability CFD is elaborated,and the hydrodynamic calculation model of ship maneuvering motion required in this paper is selected,and the calculation formula of the related hydrodynamic derivative is derived through these calculation models,and verified by the DTMB5415 ship model Ship,the numerical calculation method of ship maneuvering motion adopted in this paper is verified.The comparison and analysis of the results show that the numerical simulation method in this paper has certain feasibility.Next,according to the determined hydrodynamic calculation model and numerical calculation method,the maneuvering motion of a 36 m long purse seiner was simulated,and the hydrodynamic derivatives of the seine fishing boat were obtained The comparison of the hydrodynamic derivatives obtained by the empirical regression formula verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method in this paper for obtaining the hydrodynamic derivatives of the purse seiner,and provides a relatively simple and effective method for obtaining the hydrodynamic derivatives of the purse seine fishing boat.Finally,the influence of the purse seine gear on the maneuvering movement of the purse seiner is considered,and the numerical simulation of the maneuvering movement of the purse seiner when considering the seine is carried out.The comparison and analysis with the results when net gears are not considered illustrate the necessity of considering the influence of net gears in the study of maneuvering movements of purse seiner,which is of reference value for the further study of maneuvering movements of purse seiner.
