With the expansion of city scale,Metro has become the most convenient way for citizens to travel,but the metro is also a big energy consumer.The energy consumption cost accounts for about 30%of the metro operation cost.At the same time,the energy consumption of ventilation and air conditioning system accounts for about 30%of the total energy consumption of Metro station.The chilled water system is an important part of ventilation and air conditioning system,and its operation efficiency and efficiency.The state will affect the energy consumption of the whole ventilation and air conditioning system.In the design and equipment selection of metro,the energy consumption has not been adequately demonstrated and considered,which makes the chilled water system operate in a low load state,resulting in a large amount of waste of energy consumption.Therefore,the study on energy-saving control of air-conditioning chilled water system in metro stations has a considerable practical significance.Supported by the technical renovation project of ventilation and air-conditioning system in Xi'an Metro station,and taking the chilled water system of ventilation and air-conditioning system as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth study on the fixed-frequency operation mode and main control strategies of chilled water pumps.The main research work includes:(1)Through the study of the operation mode of chilled water,it is found that there is a certain degree of energy waste in the operation mode of fixed frequency chilled water pump of air conditioning.By judging the actual effect of different frequency conversion control feasibility of primary frequency conversion and flow control of chilled water pump is analyzed,and the realization method and control method are determined.(2)The model of ventilation and air conditioning system of Station of Xi'an Metro is built by TRNSYS.On the basis of the model,the numerical simulation of refrigerated water pump under fixed frequency and variable frequency is carried out,and the results are analyzed and compared,which verifies the feasibility of the scheme of primary variable frequency and variable flow of refrigerated water pump.(3)The results of technical renovation of Xi'an Metro Station show that the energy consumption of refrigerated water pump in frequency conversion operation is significantly lower than that of refrigerated water pump in fixed frequency operation,and the energy saving efficiency is increased by more than 10%in the same period.
