As the terminal carrier of power transmission and distribution,the distribution network is carried important tasks such as transmission and distribution;traditional low-voltage distribution station areas have large line losses,and unreasonable single-phase load distribution will cause three-phase Balance,which in turn affects electricity safety and reduces power factor.In terms of improving the reliability of power supply in the low-voltage distribution station area,the characteristics of intermittent power consumption and seasonal power consumption of low-voltage users are obvious,which is easy to cause heavy overload in the short time of the distribution change,which brings hidden dangers to the safe operation of the distribution change.Based on the characteristics of the low-voltage distribution station area,energy storage technology,as an emerging technical means,has potential application value in delaying the expansion and upgrade of distribution equipment,providing reactive power support,and improving power quality..Compared with the traditional mobile energy storage devices,the degree of automation and intelligence of charging and discharging is relatively low,and the unreasonable charging and discharging mode causes huge damage to the entire energy storage device.To this end,this paper designs a set of mobile energy storage intelligent charge and discharge system.First of all,based on the analysis of mobile energy storage equipment composition and demand,lithium iron phosphate battery is used as an energy storage tool,its charge and discharge characteristics are given,and the conventional charging methods and remaining power(SOC)estimation methods are analyzed.Secondly,the charge and discharge control circuit of the entire mobile energy storage device is designed,including the current and voltage detection module of the lithium iron phosphate battery,the temperature detection module for SOC estimation,and the LCD display module.Then,the software design of each module and the entire system of the mobile energy storage device was carried out,and the setting and monitoring procedures of the charge and discharge control of the lithium iron phosphate battery were realized Finally,with the battery packs with practical requirements,the simulation and system debugging of mobile energy storage were carried out.These simulation tests showed that the design of the control system of mobile energy storage equipment can ensure that the overall energy storage equipment can simultaneously meet the voltage limit Control,three-phase imbalance management,power factor adjustment and other application requirements,at the same time,it can also smooth distributed new energy generation power fluctuations and reduce the impact of distributed new energy access on the power quality of power supply in Taiwan.In terms of improving the reliability of power supply,the energy storage system can play a role in peak-shaving and valley-filling,and thoroughly improve the reliability of power consumption and power supply service capabilities in area.
