| With the shortage of energy,the development of new energy is faster and faster,and wind power is one of them.When the wind farm site has been selected,the wake is an important factor affecting the economic benefits.The existence of wake effect makes the incoming wind speed attenuate after passing the upstream wind turbine,which will directly lead to the reduction of the output power of the unit.Most of the existing wind farms are grid-based and uniformly installed the same type of wind turbines,which has no significant effect on reducing the influence of wake and improving the economic benefits of wind farms.Focusing on optimization of wind farm layout,the following topics have been studied:(1)The MATLAB was used to simulate the wind farm with 16 units,which is calculate the output power when considering wake and not considering wake.The results show that wake effect reduces the wind power generation capacity obviously.In view of the wake effect and stack problem in wind farm,the wake region judgment model,the calculation model of wind turbine stack area and the calculation model of wind speed are established.(2)The cost model,generation calculation model and benefit evaluation model are established respectively.Optimization of wind farm layout using unrestricted grid method.Taking Mosetti wind farm model as an example,MATLAB simulation results show that no matter the number of pre-installed units in wind farm is fixed or not,the grid-free optimal machine placement using constrained genetic algorithm can effectively improve the wind farm output.(3)The wind farm with different hub height wind turbines is modeled.The real-coded genetic algorithm was used to optimize the distribution of wind turbines.MATLAB simulation results show that the wind farms with different hub height wind turbines can get better economic benefits.(4)The wind farm model considering wind speed and wind direction is established,and the calculation model of wind farm output under different wind direction is given.The cost per unit energy produced and the fatigue standard deviation of the wind farm are taken as the optimization targets,and the NSGA-II Algorithm is used for multi-objective optimization.The simulation by MATLAB shows that not only the cost per unit energy produced is lower,but wind farm also have lower fatigue standard deviation.It shows that after considering the fatigue,the fatigue distribution of the wind farm is more uniform.And the average of the fatigue distribution reduces the replacement frequency of the wind turbine in the wind farm,reduces the maintenance cost of wind farm to a certain extent. |
