After the 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake,a large number of experts rushed to the disaster area to carry out the post earthquake appraisal work,and collected a large number of housing damage data.According to the earthquake damage data of Wenchuan earthquake,it can be found that the damage of frame structure is relatively serious,there are a lot of local damage and even collapse phenomenon,which makes people’s life and property suffer a serious blow.At the same time,the frame structure is also one of the widely used structural types in China,and it can be found from many earthquakes that the collapse of buildings is the main factor causing casualties.Therefore,the research on the failure reason and seismic performance of frame structure is a problem that civil engineers need to take seriously and solve urgently.In order to deeply study the seismic performance of frame structures,three typical frame structures in Weizhou town are selected to evaluate their seismic performance(1)Three typical frame structures with different heights in Weizhou town are selected to investigate their seismic damage and analyze the causes of their damage.(2)The Open Sees model and Etabs model of typical frame structure in Weizhou town with 2-story,6-story and 8-storey are established.The comparison between the two models is carried out for elastic-plastic verification,and the seismic damage of the structure isrechecked.It is verified that the model analysis results of the three frame structures are consistent with the actual earthquake damage situation.(3)Four kinds of horizontal load loading modes are used for Pushover analysis of the structure.The analysis results are compared with the response results of nonlinear time history analysis.Some suggestions on the selection of horizontal load loading mode in Pushover Analysis of frame structures are put forward.(4)Using Open Sees finite element software and Ida based seismic vulnerability analysis method,the seismic performance of three typical frame structures is evaluated,and different ground motion strength parameters(PGV,SA)are drawn By comparing the seismic vulnerability matrix of the structure under different seismic intensity parameters,it is concluded that PGV should be selected as the seismic strength index when evaluating the seismic performance of the structure.The correlation between the seismic vulnerability analysis results and the ground motion is high,and the calculation results are conservative It is reliable.
