With the rapid increase of the output of electronic products,capacitors are also developing rapidly.MLCC is a kind of ceramic capacitor,which has many advantages,such as small size,wide range of capacitance,complete variety,superior performance,and so on.The performance of multilayer ceramic capacitor mainly comes from the performance of ceramic material,so it is necessary to study the ceramic material mechanism and doping technology of multilayer ceramic capacitor to lay the foundation for the preparation of high precision and high reliability ceramic capacitor.In this paper,first of all,the research status and problems of ceramic materials for multilayer ceramic capacitors at home and abroad are summarized,which is the necessity of this project.Then through the introduction of the product mechanism of BX and X7 R multilayer ceramic capacitors,the process of ceramic doping is designed.Doping process runs through the whole process of ceramic production,which can be divided into two parts.One is the formulation system,including the selection of main crystal phase and dopants,the refinement and mixing treatment of dopants,nano dopants and nano composite dopants.The second is the production process,which is mainly to complete the process optimization experiment of the key process abrasive process to determine the process parameters.In this project,three products bx-212,bx-262 and x7r-302 from BX and X7 R multilayer ceramic capacitors(MLCC)were selected for doping process research.There are four technical difficulties in the research on the doping process of BX and X7 R multilayer ceramic capacitors,which are respectively the "shell core" structural stability technology,doping modification technology,solution to bias characteristics technology,and nano composite material preparation technology.At the same time,solve the problem of process optimization.The final process implementation scheme is determined by experiments,and the ceramic material is made into capacitor ceramic chip.Finally,the process verification is completed through the product test results.Compared with contract tabulation,the design of doping process is reasonable,which can produce high quality products and meet the production requirements of the factory.
