The prefabricated concrete structure has the advantages of convenient construction,energy conservation and environmental protection,and can be recycled.In order to promote urbanization under the premise of energy conservation and environmental protection,China has decided to vigorously develop prefabricated concrete structure.The joint quality of fabricated members determines the safety of the structure,and as the main joint form,the grouting quality of the steel sleeve determines the joint quality.On the basis of summarizing the research on grouting quality of reinforced sleeve,this paper studies the connection performance of reinforced sleeve,the detection of sleeve fullness after grouting by impact elastic wave method and the detection of sleeve fullness during grouting by embedded sensor method.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)41 semi-grouted steel sleeve specimens were made in the part of connection performance test.The defects such as different types of sleeves,different void ratio,reinforcement offset and later filling are set respectively.The one-way tensile test shows that:When the grouting fullness is 50%,the sleeve test piece is the reinforcement pull-out failure,which does not meet the requirements of relevant standards;When the grouting fullness is 60% or more,the sleeve test piece is the reinforcement pull-out failure,which meets the requirements of relevant standards;The fuller the grouting of the same type of reinforcement sleeve,the smaller the elongation of the test piece after drawing,and the reinforcement sleeve For the same type of steel sleeve,the strain increases from top to bottom along the sleeve wall;(2)4 shear wall specimens were made in the part of sleeve fullness test after grouting by impact elastic wave method.The test results show that: all the test results are roughly the same as the preset proportion,basically meeting the requirements of testing the fullness of grouting;increasing the number of test points and reducing the distance between test points can better improve the spectrum calculation results,and from the perspective of image,the continuity is better;(3)1 shear wall specimen was made in the test part of full sleeve during grouting by embedded sensor method,and four different types of grouting sleeves were placed in the middle of the specimen.The test results show that by comparingthe amplitude energy value of the sensor with the preset grouting situation,it can be confirmed that the embedded sensor method can be used for real-time detection of the grouting fullness inside the sleeve.
