| Today,under the severe situation of the world economy and the influence of the strategic adjustment of China’s economic structure,Chinese enterprises will also face increasing fierce competition.If wants to establish and develop in such an economic environment,traditional enterprises must be transformed and upgraded by means of technological innovation to survive.If wants to improve the core competitiveness effectively,enterprises need to rely on the professional skills of technical personnel,and encourage them to create more value for enterprises through technological innovation.Therefore,how to stimulate the potential of technical personnel to maximum extent through effective incentives to make efforts for enterprises is the focus and core issue of traditional enterprises.Company A is a leading port enterprise,it integrated a number of traditional container terminals,at present,which is undergoing transformation and upgrading through technological innovation and transformation.Based on the characteristics of port enterprises,this paper studies the incentive issue of technical personnel of Company A by taking the technical personnel of traditional container terminal enterprise of Company A as the research object.Through empirical research,it is found that although the existing incentive of Company A is more comprehensive,which has a limited incentive effect on technical personnel,the main problems are: the incentive effect of salary mechanism is low,the performance appraisal system is lack of scientificity,the training mechanism is lack of pertinence,the career development channel is not smooth,the implementation of rewards and punishments is insufficient.The main reasons for the analysis from the perspective of material incentives and spiritual incentives are:the lack of competitiveness of the technical staff’s salary distribution,the lack of fairness in the distribution of performance bonuses,performance appraisal is a mere formality,the lack of analysis of technical personnel training needs,and the lack of awareness of the importance of the career development of technical personnel.At last,according to the relevant incentive theory,and based on the principles of strategic orientation,fairness and diversified incentive methods of service enterprises,this paper puts forward the optimization measures for Company A’s technical personnel incentive strategy from both material and spiritual incentives,that is optimize the salary incentive plan,carry out a more scientific performance appraisal system,improve the training mechanism of technical personnel,provide development oriented opportunities,have evidence-based of the rewards and punishments,and strengthen the supporting of multi-level incentive methods. |
