The "Rainbow rail" is a new type of air rail transit system,which uses the magnetic force between rare earth permanent magnetic materials to realize the suspension and no heavy load contact operation.Compared with other maglev technology,the system has the advantages of low energy consumption,low cost,low operation and maintenance,more intelligent and so on.It is an ideal solution to solve the city's "last mile problem".Based on the analysis of the current development trend of rail transit,this paper introduces the construction background and development potential of "Rainbow rail",and analyzes its advantages.The overall structure of the "Rainbow track" system and the composition of its subsystems are briefly described.Among them,the principle,structure and sub module composition of linear motor traction drive system are briefly analyzed.This paper focuses on the algorithm research and simulation test of linear motor control strategy.Through the analysis of the shortcomings of the rotor flux orientation control method based on the stator daxis component of constant zero used in the "Rainbow rail" experimental line,and its constraints on the commercialization of the system,then leads to the direct thrust control method,and optimizes it from three aspects.Firstly,the SVPWM technology is used to reduce the pulsation of the system.Secondly,the fuzzy auto disturbance rejection algorithm is used to replace the traditional PI regulator in the speed loop,which improves the system's following ability and anti-interference ability.Finally,the integral sliding mode algorithm is used in the flux and thrust loop to simplify the control structure and improve the accuracy of the reference voltage vector.The improved algorithm is modeled and simulated in Simulink,and the simulation results show that the improved algorithm has better dynamic performance than the traditional algorithm in the pulsation of flux and thrust.This paper has high academic significance for the research of linear motor control field,and has important practical application and reference value for the engineering application of maglev train,precision machine tool,electromagnetic ejection and other fields.
