In recent years high-rise building structures are frequently being damaged by violent typhoon or tornado as well as wind-induced interference effect among building complexes.However,researcher have been stepping up efforts on wind-induced internal pressure of single long-span building,focusing mainly on performance of roof under internal pressure rather than high-rise building and building complex.The high speed airflow or flying debris may cause the damage of window leaving openings that allow air flow inside to dramatically build up internal fluctuating pressure.At this time,the structure is more likely to be damaged due to the mutual efforts of both internal and external pressure.As a result,the study on interference effect of both net and internal pressure may provide access to an holistic approach of estimating wind loads on high-rise building,which is quite significant in the application of structure security and disaster resistance.This paper presents the results of a preliminary study on wind-induced internal and net pressure?internal pressure coefficients through wind tunnel test in order to validate interference effect conditions in simple way.The main contents are as follows:(1)Experimental research on wind-induced internal pressure on high-rise building and its interference effect among building complexes.The model reproduce at scales of 1:200under the interference of 6 other different buildings.This test is going to value interference effect on high-rise building with main opening.(2)The parameter identification: identifying the orifice airflow inertial coefficient CI and opening loss coefficient CL through the internal pressure control equation in both single interference condition,and verifying that the opening characteristic parameters also can be applied to the interference conditions.(3)Experimental research on wind-induced netl pressure on high-rise building and its interference effect among building complexes.The interference effect of the internal pressure response(the mean,fluctuating and peak internal pressure)while interfering building in different heights and width.
