While sailing in the sea,it is inevitable that the water entry of ship will happen.Especially for the large vessel and high speed vessel, the impact load while doing entry is usually too strong to be negligible.A strong water slamming will not only cause equipment failure and personnel casualties, but also do damage to the ship structure, which will results in disastrous accidents. Therefore, the water entry problem of ship, which is a strong nonlinear problem involving gas-liquid-solid interaction, has become a research hot spot.Accurate prediction of flapping load on the bow flare according to the specific characteristics of ship type is of great theoretical significance and practical value. Therefore,on the basis of computational fluid dynamics, this paper do the following research on the water entry problem of the ship:1.Use the simulation software to simulate the water impact of wedge-shaped body with oblique rise Angle of 45 degree,so as to verified the the correctness of the numerical simulation method by comparing the numerical results with the experimental results. Then on the basis of it,in order to analyze the bottom wall effect and side wall effect on the structure,as well as the influence of bulbous bow on the fluid separation of wedge structure while entering water, conduct numerical simulation of the pointy bottom floating model and the circular bottom floating model, which can provide reference for the pressure numerical prediction and ship shape optimization of these typical hull sections.2.Conduct numerical simulation on water entering problem of 30 degree cone and45 degree cone with cylindrical posterior in finite depth water.By doing research on the three-dimensional axisymmetric structure,it can provide a meaningful reference for the further study of the KCS bow structure slamming problem and the whole structure slamming problem such as lifeboat.3.Study the practical application value of the numerical simulation method used in the paper. In order to study the bottom wall effect, the water entry problem of three-dimensional bow structure model of KCS ship is numerically simulated in finite depth water, which provides reference for the prediction of impact pressure characteristic of bulbous bow structure. In order to study the side wall effect of asymmetric water entry, conduct numerical simulation of the lifeboat's side release process, which can predict the impact load on the outer surface of the boat so as to improve the safety of the crew.
