With the development of urbanization,rain-food management system plays an increasing important role in the urban planning.Sponge city theory is one of the most important theoretical basis.As the basic functional unit of city,ommunity is one of the most important elements in the urban stormwater management system,construction of sponge community come into being.Landscape design is an important part of community,how to combine the local conditions of geographical and climatic characteristics to do the landscape designing of community,to achieve the effective rain-flood management of community,become hot problem to be sloved.There are few studies on the combination of permeable pavement,sinking green space,rainwater garden,artificial wetland,roof greening and residential landscape design at home and abroad.GUANGZHOU is a city where abundant rainfall in spring and summer,dry and less rain in autumn and winter.In the paper,Dong Shang Ming Yuan district in Guang Zhou is selected to be the study object,SWMM model is used to simulate the local changes of surface rainfall runoff before and after the residential area's development,analyze the action mechanism of various elements in sponge community,to find out their effect on relieving the pressure of stormwater pipe network.And clarify the effect of design elements in sponge community on the retention and reduction of rainfall runoff,according to the establishment of sponge community's design facility system and analysis of the effect of design elements' combination effect.It is concluded in the study that increasing peak flow,greater runoff coefficient and shorter peak time will occur after the development of resident community,while the used of recessed greenbelt,permeable ground and roof rainwater collection system can effectively reduce the adverse effect mentioned above.The combined used of the three design elements,recessed greenbelt,permeable ground and roof rainwater collection system,can better play their roles in controlling of the storm water in resident community.There are many sponge rain-flood management elements,the paper provides the references for sponge community landscapes design,according to the analysis of the strength of elements in different types of residential community,such as permeable pavement,sinking green space,rain garden,artificial wetland and roof greening.The paper focuses on rain-flood management technology and landscape design,aim to achieve an unified goal of rain-flood facilities management effectiveness and landscape constructions.And from the disciplinary perspective of landscape architecture and planning and design,under the guidance of the theoretical research on low-impact development,combined the natural climate conditions of guangzhou and the spatial characteristics of residential areas,the function,combination mode and landscape design methods of stormwater facilities in residential areas are deeply discussed.
