Research On Cost Control Of DFA Construction Project

In China,the construction industry has always been a pillar industry of the people,and its development led by the industrial chain and employment opportunities play a vital role in China’s economic development.This paper takes the project management knowledge system as the guide,the DFA general contracting project in residential construction in the construction of two first Construction Engineering Co.Ltd.Shenzhen branch company as the research object,the use of earned value analysis of the situation since the building of the project cost control method,find out the existence of the project cost control in the early live in the problems,and expounds the causes of the problem of cost.It is suggested that the project cost control should be improved from the aspects of the direct cost structure,the method of project cost control,the system,the cost control consciousness and so on.I hope that through this analysis,can help enhance DFA residential construction projects in the construction process in the future of the concept of cost control,to establish and perfect the system of project cost control,supervision ofscientific and reasonable cost,to achieve the goal of profit for the project team to create a more healthy and harmonious working environment,so that each employee of the project expect to reduce the prospect of management personnel,and create a better economic benefit for the project and company.
