With the development of power devices and motor control technology,AC motors are increasingly used in industrial and household appliances.Permanent magnet synchronous motors have advantages in simple structure,high efficiency,and mature control technology.Occupies an important position in the servo system.In the field of permanent magnet synchronous motor control,motor control strategies,inverter control technology,rotor position and speed detection methods,and controller design are all important issues that are closely related to system control performance.Because motor control involves complex algorithms,traditional single-chip computers cannot meet requirements in terms of computing speed and data processing capabilities.Digital signal processors with better computing performance have become the best choice for motor control.This paper analyzed in detail the vector control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motors based on the principle of coordinate transformation.The space vector pulse width modulation algorithm is used to control the inverter.The speed and current dual-loop control system is established to control the permanent magnet synchronous motors.The existence of the encoder increases the cost and affects the control performance.In this paper,a sliding mode observer is used to estimate the rotor position of the motor and measure the speed of the motor to achieve speed closed-loop control.In the design of the controller,this paper designs the PI controller parameters of the motor control system based on the performance indicators of the control system,and introduces fuzzy control algorithms to optimize the parameters of the PI controller of the speed loop.In this paper,Matlab / Simulink software simulation is used to verify the correctness of the Space vector PWM algorithm,the space-amount pulse-width modulation algorithm,and the PI parameter design method.The comparison simulation proves that the fuzzy control algorithm improves the control performance of the system.the article applies the control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on sliding film observation and fuzzy logic to the extruder production test.DSP chip TMS320F28035 is used as the main control chip to establish the motor control test platform,and the test data is passed through the gateway and HTTP.Protocols are uploaded to the cloud server database,and then the online monitoring interface is edited locally for real-time acquisition and evaluation of test data.Through test,it is proved that the sensorless control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on sliding mode observer can achieve the expected control effect and has practical application value.
