The power supply and distribution system of steelworks,forging plants and mechanical equipment processing plants is a complex and huge distribution network system,especially in Shaoguan Industrial Plant in Yuebei,where Shaoguan Steel Plant and Shaoguan Smelter are located.Shaoguan Forging Factory,Special Steel Forging Factory,Hongde Machinery Forging Factory,Building Materials Factory,Dongyangyang Electrolytic Aluminum Factory,etc.,all of them have large production load and impact load characteristics,and are stable to the power grid.The operation has a lot of interference.This kind of impact,high power,asymmetry and non-linear electrical load are often used in large quantities in steel smelting and forging plants,which will not only generate voltage fluctuations and flicker in the power network that radiates from the metallurgical plant area to the surrounding radiation surface.Harmonic pollution and other interference problems will also affect the normal operation and burnout damage of other surrounding power loads.Therefore,in order to find out and analyze the interference effects of the load characteristics of the steel and metallurgical industry on the grid of the power supply area,we need to establish a corresponding user power load model for theoretical analysis and actual field test data for comparison research.Based on the "Power Quality Test of Shaoguan Special Steel Forging Factory" project,this paper elaborates on the evaluation standard,evaluation method,test procedure,technical improvement and solution for the power quality of the metallurgical industry.It establishes model power,field test,data analysis,and report form.It establishes the power model of the relevant power supply and operation system parameters of the forging plant equipment,comprehensively analyzes the power quality data and graphics of the field test,and scientifically evaluates it.The forging plant has proposed a corresponding solution to the impact of grid power quality.In order to solve the suppression measures of power supply quality problems in the Guangdong North Industrial Zone forging plants,it provides theoretical practice and guidance.
