| The improvement of economic level and advanced technology have brought not only high efficiency and convenience to people’s lives,but also brought earth-shaking changes to people’s living habits.People’s attention has also shifted from eating,wearing,and playing to paying attention to health.Bad postures such as round shoulders,hunchbacks,neck extensions,etc.are everywhere in our lives.Whether it is students on campus or working adults,most of them will have bad postures and suffer from bad postures.Its negative impact is so small that it affects the beauty of the human body,and so large that it will cause discomfort to the body.In recent years,posture adjustment has begun to enter people’s vision,indicating that people have begun to attach importance to their temperament and posture.Early posture problems can be adjusted and restored through human active intervention.Through a summary of existing relevant literature,existing studies mostly explain the causes,effects and medical recovery methods of poor posture from a medical perspective,and there are few studies on how people can effectively improve bad posture in daily life,therefore,this subject starts from the phenomenon of bad posture in life and uses smart wearable devices in the high-tech background as the means of implementation to research and design the intelligent posture correction belt.This article first conducts a literature review of the existing research on the problem of bad posture,analyzes the current status of related products,determines the research content and methods of the subject,and explains the concepts related to bad posture from a scientific perspective;From the principle of the internal mechanism of the human body,answer the causes and related influencing factors of the bad posture,and find out that the effective way to prevent and improve the bad posture is to perform movement training and stretching of the corresponding human muscle parts,then discuss the theory and method of forming and cultivating good posture,carry out positively reinforced repetitive behavior on the basis of correct posture,set goals and step by step,provide a basis for the subsequent application of theory in design practice;Then observe the user’s posture correction behavior,comparatively analyze the behavior process of the existing intelligent posture correction belt products when completing different task goals,construct scenarios,analyze and summarize the user’s posture correction needs and behavior characteristics,and find pain points and opportunities.Based on the above research results and theoretical principles,summarize the composition of the intelligent posture correction belt system,define the system functions,clarify the system objectives,analyze and summarize the technical methods of wearable devices that can achieve the target functions of the system,and perform the intelligent posture correction belt design,find the right product way to improve bad posture.This topic is the intelligent research and design of posture correction belts,based on scientific theory,combined with smart wearable devices to solve the problem of bad posture,optimize the product experience and functions,help users improve the effect of posture correction and form good posture habits,and provide references for related product design. |
