Study On The Application Of Lingnan Regional Cultural Characteristics In Residence Design

With the development of rural revitalization and tourism,people’s tourism mode has also changed,and people begin to pay attention to the characteristic tourism with natural ecology and regional cultural atmosphere.As the best carrier with rich regional characteristics and unique national characteristics,homestay has been paid more and more attention.In recent years,homestay has developed rapidly,especially in the transformation of traditional residential buildings.For home stay facility development started relatively late in China,restricted by the economic and technical and not perfect relevant theoretical support,the home stay facility in the design of a simple transformation,the quality is not high,not all sorts of problems,such as regional characteristics,the homogeneity cause tourists "experiential leisure tourism" have an effect,not really on the local vernacular.At the same time,the renovation of homestay also has a negative impact on the protection of traditional villages,dwellings and the sustainable development of ecological environment.Therefore,under such a background,the research on the design method of lingnan regional homestay has certain practical significance.In the era of economy dominated by culture,lingnan is one of the cradles of Chinese civilization in China.There are abundant natural environment resources and folk culture in lingnan area,but the design and development of homestay in this area are not matched with its tourism resources.Therefore,this research from the Angle of regional culture of lingnan opened the study of lingnan home stay facility planning and design,will be in foshan area south of the ancient stove scenic spots of a proposed project as an example,the analysis of home stay facility planning and design process of concrete,the lingnan culture into the home stay facility,to the traditional culture of lingnan and the relationship between the home stay facility design were discussed and extracting elements,lingnan regional culture and using the modern design methods of lingnan home stay facility design,as a foundation for the creation of the home stay facility.The thesis takes lingnan culture as the entry point of the design of homestay.The first chapter expounds the background,significance,content,framework and related concepts of the thesis.The second chapter mainly discusses the research status at home and abroad and the case study of homestay.This paper first summarizes the theories of previous studies at home and abroad,and then expounds the basic situation,spatial layout and design evaluation of the cases.The third chapter analyzes the characteristics of lingnan regional culture and the development status of lingnan regional homestay,and according to the field research,analyzes the existing problems of lingnan regional homestay.The fourth chapter puts forward the design principle and method of lingnan regional homestay.Finally,based on the above research,the fifth chapter combines theory with practice,takes foshan nanfeng guzao as an example,expounds the basic situation of the project,designs its homestay according to the reform principles and methods proposed above,fully abstracts lingnan cultural elements,and designs the space of homestay by using regional cultural characteristics.
