With the rapid development of civil aviation industry and the continuous increase of traffic flow,as a significant carrier in civil aviation industry,the development of civil airport plays a decisive role during the construction of civil aviation in China.The increase of civil aviation's traffic flow has also brought about many problems,the congestion problems in ground transportation have gained prominence,and the improvement of operation efficiency in airport has become a significant issue that needs to be settled urgently in the surface operation.The fundamental method to improve operation efficiency is to extend the airports,but the construction period of airports is long and the investment is large,which result in the limit of airport extension,therefore,improving level of resources utilization and designing reasonable operating modes has become one of the effective methods to improve operation efficiency of the surface.In this paper,three important parts of airport operation system are taken as the research objects,and the research work is as follows:1.The operation mode of aircraft stands allocation is analyzed,the optimization model of aircraft stands allocation is established with limited support resources in allusion to the current situation of insufficient support resources in airport ground.The genetic algorithm is utilized to solve with maximum near-gate utilization as the main optimization goal after considering the matching performance of flight models and flight spots.The experimental results show that this scheme can effectively reduce the flight delay phenomena caused by insufficient ground support resources,and the feasibility of aircraft stands allocation scheme in operation can be ensured.2.The surface operation trend of aircraft is analyzed.The shortest path problem in the glide-paths is studied on the premise of the maximum glide efficiency.In order to let controllers make decisions more easily,the concept of the most vital path of airport glide network is put forward.In addition,sensitivity analysis is utilized to study the influence of failure of one path in glide network on glide network to determine the most vital path in glide.Then a new path is proposed to reduce the negative impact of the most vital path,which provides a theoretical basis for glide decision and the construction of airports.3.The operation mode of airport service vehicles is analyzed.In allusion to the current situation of low efficiency of airport scheduling and on the basis of thought of antedisplacement of time window,the time window of vehicle scheduling is replanned.The multiple-objective airport vehicle scheduling model is established,the impact of dynamic changes of flights on airport vehicle scheduling scheme is considered,the corresponding dynamic strategy is designed,the dynamic scheduling problem is transformed into multiple static scheduling problems,and the heuristic algorithm is improved.The research results demonstrate that this scheme can satisfy the practical operation of airports,and it has higher feasibility in the problem of dynamic scheduling.
