The research object of this paper is the magnetic liquid double suspension bearing.During the operation of the magnetic liquid double suspension bearing,the rotor of the bearing will rotate at high speed and cut the magnetic induction line to produce a lot of eddy current loss.The eddy current loss of the bearing rotor will cause the temperature of the bearing rotor to rise,which will lead to the thermal deformation of the rotor.However,due to the small gap between the magnetic pole and the rotor of the magnetic liquid double suspension bearing,the gap is only about 30 ?m.Because of the thermal deformation of the rotor,the thickness of the oil film will change,which makes the bearing capacity and rigidity of the water film of the magnetic liquid double suspension bearing worse,and it is easy to cause the phenomenon of "holding the shaft" and "burning the Bush",which is the key problem to restrict the operation stability and service life of the magnetic liquid double suspension bearing.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the eddy current loss and temperature rise thermal deformation of the rotor of the magnetic liquid double suspension bearing for improving the bearing characteristicsFirstly,the electromagnetic field simulation model of the magnetic liquid double suspension bearing is established.Maxwell is used to simulate and calculate the electromagnetic field of the magnetic liquid double suspension bearing and the eddy current loss of the bearing rotor.The distribution of the magnetic induction intensity and eddy current loss of the rotor in the whole calculation field is obtained.At the same time,the single variable principle is used to analyze the input current,the number of turns of the coil and the spindle speed to the magnetic liquid double suspension The influence law of eddy current loss of bearing rotor.Then,the eddy current loss is used as the heat source to load the heat transfer finite element calculation model of the rotor supported by the magnetic liquid double suspension bearing.The temperature rise and thermal deformation of the rotor caused by the eddy current loss are simulated and analyzed by ANSYS,and the influence law of the eddy current loss on the temperature rise and thermal deformation of the rotor is obtained.Finally,the law of the eddy current loss and the thermal deformation of the rotor under the maximum load is studied.
