In this paper,the ball bearing is taken as the research object,and the difference between the space environment and the ground environment is taken as the background to explore the friction and wear phenomenon of the ball and the shaft sleeve under different gravity environment.In order to study the internal factors and related influencing factors of the friction and wear,it is necessary to carry out the test on the friction and wear test machine.In order to meet the needs of current scientific research and make up for the shortcomings of the existing friction and wear testing machine that is difficult to simulate the movement behavior of the mechanism under the condition of space microgravity,large floor area and low control accuracy,this paper designs and studies an electric variable load friction and wear testing machine.The PCI board card is the core of the electric variable load friction and wear tester,which realizes the real-time control and measurement of the test load,speed,torque and other parameters in the process of friction and wear test.SolidWorks and CAD are used as the core software to design the structure of machine parts such as frame,transmission mechanism,electric translation platform mechanism and loading mechanism.In the development environment of Qt Creator 4.3.1,C + + is used to develop the program of loading system program,electric translation platform system program,transmission system program,data processing and display program,human-computer interface,etc.,and the parameters of test load,motor speed,motor torque and their dynamic waveforms are displayed on the upper computer interface in real time.In order to overcome the strong disturbance,strong coupling,high nonlinearity and uncertainty in the electric variable load system,and improve the control effect of the electric variable load waveform,ADRC is applied to the electric load system,and the simulated and actual variable load tests are carried out respectively.Through the comparison of the ADRC and PID control effects,the simulation results are compared with those of the PID control The experimental results show that under the control of ADRC,the response speed of electric loading system is faster,the waveform control accuracy is higher,the anti-interference ability is stronger,and the expected design effect is achieved. |
