Bus as a passenger carrying vehicle,bring great convenience to people in the travel and life,at the same time,but also because of the lack of bus structure safety design,resulting in greater damage of passengers in traffic accidents.In this paper,we mainly study the structure of the safety impact of passengers in the traffic accident,including the analysis of the strength of the seat belt fixed point,the strength analysis of the lateral structure in the rollover accident,Analysis of the compressive capacity of the top structure in rolling accident.This paper first describes the importance of passive safety research,and analyzes the domestic and international safety belt fixed point,the top static pressure,rollover research methods and development status,By reading the reference GB14167-2013、FEMVSS220、GB/T11389-1989、GB18986-2003,GB17578-2013 and other relevant national regulations,the finite element method is used to Simulation analyze the strength of the seat belt fixed point,the compressive capacity of the top structure and the anti-rollover stiffness of the S100 shell microbus.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The research object is S100-type mini-bus.Based on the three-dimensional model of the vehicle established by UG,HYPERWORKS is used to process the model and partition the grid.(2)According to the relevant regulatory requirements,LS-DYNA is used to analyze the strength of seat belt fixed point(three-point and two-point),the strength analysis of the roof structure and the anti-rollover stiffness.(3)In order to improve the computational efficiency,the minimum living space of the passengers is quantified.;When calculating the strength of the fixed point of the seat belt,on the one hand to simplify the processing of dummies,on the other hand the localization of the model cut out.(4)In the rollover simulation analysis,most of the researchers with the "half-way calculation" to achieve the purpose of saving computing time,this feature is the "full calculation",innovation is the use of rigid and flexible conversion method to speed up the calculation.The correctness and efficiency of the rigid and soft conversion algorithm are verified by using the simple special-shaped tube structure model to ensure the feasibility of the method.It is very important to improve the calculation time of the large model of S100.And in engineering practice,this approach has a positive effect on shortening the product design cycle.(5)After analysis,the bus at the top of the structural strength in line with regulatory requirements;L1 seat fixed point of the stringer deformation is too large,through the program 1 on the longitudinal beam structure thickening treatment and program 2 on the open beam structure of the weak structure of the cover to be closed,After the improvement before and after comparison,the program 1 and the program 2 are feasible,from the perspective of lightweight 2 more appropriate;In the rollover analysis,through the improvement of A,B column structure,the column on the connection plate,the front window of the lower beam,etc.Contrast the living space invasion and the ratio of internal energy to kinetic energy which the structure before and after the improvement,that verified that the anti-rollover stiffness of the vehicle body is improved after the local weak region is improved.
