Hydraulic technology has many advantages such us reliable operation,flexible operation and high transmission power.It has a very wide range of applications in the traffic,transportation,aerospace,chemical,construction and other national life.The hydraulic synchronization technology is almost irreplaceable especially in the overweight,ultra-high and other large equipment.As the hydraulic lift in the process of heavy lifting of the major accidents caused by repeated accidents occur frequently.The performance of the synchronization valve directly affects the quality of the hydraulic lift machine.In this paper,the hydraulic synchronize valve of lift mechanism is used as the research object.The simulation model of hydraulic synchronous valve is established by AMESIM simulation software and the dynamic characteristics of synchronous valve under different shape throttle valve are analyzed.The main work of this paper is as follows: First,the overall structure of the lift and the working principle of the commutator piston valve are analyzed and the performance requirements of the synchronous valve in the hydraulic system of the elevator are put forward.Second,for the different forms of the chute,the mathematical formulas of the over-flow area of five typical throttle tanks,U,V,L,single triangular and double triangles are given and the mathematical formula is calculated by MATLAB software.The dynamic characteristics of the synchronous valve in the different shape of the throttle valve port provide data.Third,analyses the synchronization valve in the bypass and collector under the condition of static performance.According to the principle of elevator working device and synchronous valve,the simulation model of hydraulic synchronous valve is established by using AMESim simulation software.Model parameters and simulation parameters are given,and the synchronization accuracy of the simulation model is verified.Fourth,Analyze the dynamic characteristics of the synchronous valve in the form of different jets.Through the analysis can be learned: L-shaped valve port flow and pressure characteristics of the shortest response time,the fastest response time,the smallest power loss.Double triangular valve port flow and pressure characteristics of the longest response time,the slowest response,the maximum power loss.In this paper,the theoretical analysis and simulation of the synchronous valve in the hydraulic circuit of the elevator are carried out.Research shows: L-shaped valve port flow and pressure characteristics of the shortest response time,the fastest response time,the smallest power loss.Double triangular valve port flow and pressure characteristics of the longest response time,the slowest response,the maximum power loss,which can provide reference for the optimal design of synchronous valve.
