With the development of new energy,large-scale energy storage technology is widely concerned by countries,and liquid flow battery plays an important role in large-scale energy storage technology.Compared with double liquid flow battery,single liquid flow zinc nickel battery has many advantages.However,it has a shorter development time,and many of its performances have not reached the expected requirements when used.Therefore,a single-flow zinc-nickel battery energy monitoring platform is designed to provide a basis for the study of single-flow zinc-nickel battery performance.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1)The working principle and characteristics of single flow Zn Ni battery are analyzed,The second-order RC equivalent circuit model of single flow Zn Ni battery is built,and the experimental data are obtained by charge discharge experiment,Then,the equivalent circuit parameters of single flow zinc nickel battery are fitted by MATLAB fitting tool.Finally,the state of charge of single flow zinc nickel battery is estimated by unscented Kalman filter algorithm.(2)The design scheme of energy monitoring platform for single flow zinc nickel battery isdetermined.The hardware circuit is mainly composed of the main controller,charge and discharge circuit,electrolyte flow control circuit,temperature detection circuit,leakage detection circuit and auxiliary power circuit.To complete the charge and discharge work,data collection and analysis,circuit protection and detection functions of single liquid zinc nickel battery.The software program design of the lower computer mainly completes the design of charge and discharge control program,electrolyte flow control program and communication program,so as to realize the function of each hardware circuit;The upper computer software is designed to monitor the battery and operate the visual interface.Through data analysis experiment,it shows that the monitoring platform can accurately obtain battery operating parameters.When the system is in abnormal state,the alarm function can act in time.The experiment shows that the monitoring platform can achieve the management and monitoring of single flow zinc nickel battery.
