In recent years,with the increasingly serious problem of traffic congestion in China,subway construction has been carried out in major cities across the country.At present,in the process of Metro trackless construction,the positioning of catenary anchor bolt hole in the tunnel requires the use of large equipment such as total station,and the use process requires professional personnel to carry out relevant operations.During the measurement,more line data should be prepared in advance and the total station should be adjusted several times.Once errors are found,many points need to be remeasured,so that the measurement efficiency is not high;In addition to the use of total station,some construction units have designed a device to realize the positioning of the catenary anchor bolt hole in the tunnel by using the simulated track method.During the use process,it is necessary to continuously simulate the height of the track,so as to locate the location of the catenary anchor bolt hole.Although these positioning devices can locate the location of the catenary anchor bolt hole in the tunnel,when they are in use,it needs too much human intervention,which will lead to the problems of low positioning accuracy,time-consuming and laborious.Therefore,this paper studies and designs a positioning device for the catenary anchor bolt hole in the tunnel which is suitable for the trackless construction of the subway.The device takes ARM as the control core,stepper motor as the driving unit and multiple sensors to realize the positioning of the catenary anchor bolt hole in the trackless condition in the tunnel.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the functional requirements of the positioning device of the catenary anchor bolt hole in the shield tunnel,the overall design scheme is determined and its working principle is explained.A method of positioning the location of the catenary anchor bolt hole by using the position coordinates of the CPIII pile foundation or the densified pile foundation on the tunnel wall is proposed.(2)The hardware part of the control system of the contact anchor anchor screw hole positioning device uses STM32F407ZGT6 as the main control chip and cooperates with related peripheral functional circuits to meet the control requirements of the positioning device.The circuit schematic diagram and PCB drawing are completed using Altium Designer software,which mainly includes the main Control system minimum system design,tilt sensor circuit design,laser ranging sensor circuit design,optocoupler isolation circuit design,stepper motor drive circuit design,photoelectric encoder circuit design and TFTLCD display power design.(3)In the software part of the control system of the anchor bolt hole positioning device of the catenary,the positioning device is divided into three parts: the sensor module,the angle rotation module and the display module.The program of the positioning device is completed in the keil5 software environment with C language,so that the device can run reliably.The software part mainly includes the main program flow chart design,the angle sensor work flow chart design,the laser ranging sensor flow chart design,the step motor drive flow chart design,the photoelectric encoder work flow chart design and the tflcd drive display work flow chart design.(4)Finally,the related tests are carried out on the positioning device of the catenary anchor bolt hole,mainly on the control system function of the positioning device of the catenary anchor bolt hole and the coordinates of the location device of the catenary anchor bolt hole in the tunnel.
