| At present,BIM technology has become a hot research and application technology of high-speed railway bridge construction technology in China.Its application range is very wide,involving pre-precision planning,temporary structure optimization design and calculation,engineering calculation and fine management,construction organization decision-making and Optimized management and many other technologies.However,compared with BIM technology in other industries such as construction,the research and application of BIM technology for high-speed rail bridge construction has not yet reached its level,and it is difficult to achieve a satisfactory and effective landing effect.In fact,the key to the research of high-speed rail bridge construction BIM technology lies in the construction and application of BIM models.The former uses the abstraction of model information and then adopts appropriate modeling methods to build a BIM model with a certain model accuracy and information depth.Based on the BIM model,combining the specific professional requirements of specific bridge construction,the BIM model is applied to specific construction technology and management businesses.The model application needs to be deeply combined with the bridge specialty,so that BIM technology can bring fundamental changes to the traditional high-speed rail bridge construction technology and become a BIM technology that can be truly applied.This article takes the Lvdouping Bridge as the engineering background,and researches and applies the BIM technology of highspeed rail bridges.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the line information,geometric information,comprehensive layout information,and geographic information of the threedimensional information model of the high-speed railway bridge,and using appropriate BIM model modeling strategies,a three-dimensional information model of the G4 railway bridge is constructed.Based on this model,applications such as collision inspection,site layout,preliminary planning,3D roaming,and BIM+GIS are implemented.(2)The optimal design and application of bridge temporary structures is an important area for the research and application of bridge BIM technology.By analyzing the model information required to design steel pipe columns,Beley beams and full house plate buckle bracket,combining the structural characteristics of the bridge itself,the relevant Engineering experience and design specifications,based on Revit’s.Net API,and secondary development with C # as the development language,the rapid construction,design,and drawing of BIM models of steel pipe columns,Bailey beams,and full house plate buckle bracket structures were realized.(3)The construction and application of BIM models for high-speed rail bridge reinforcements for rebar grades is a difficult technology for high-speed rail bridge construction BIM.Based on the analysis of the model information characteristics of the steel bars of No.0 block,this paper uses a suitable information model to construct The mold method realizes the Revit-based fine modeling of the steel bar of No.0 block,and realize the application of rebar in collision check,visual crossover and engineering statistics.(4)Aiming at the problems of current construction delay caused by the current situation of bridge construction management,analyze the various model information required to construct the engineering decision model,use BIM technology while using C # for secondary development and cooperate with Project management software The construction of engineering decision models assists project managers in making quick decisions and responding quickly. |
