Research On The Effect Of Haier's Combination Of Industry And Finance On The Entity Operating Efficiency

The real economy is the foundation of economic development.At present,China's economy is in the "three-phase superposition" new normal stage.How to enhance the vitality of the real economy,boost the transformation and upgrading of real enterprises,and realize innovation-driven development has become the core proposition in China's economic construction.In the early 21 st century,the combination of industry and finance came into the sight of enterprises.New hope,haier and other enterprises realized a good combination of industry and finance in the form of Banks and securities companies.However,as China's economy is facing an important juncture of transformation,enterprises still lack the guiding force of "navigator" when entering the financial market,which leads to "timidity and caution" when implementing the policy of combining industry and finance,which seriously hinders the development of enterprises.Under this background,this paper firstly summarized the I domestic financial development present situation,and then produce melting of Qingdao haier combining financial motivation,development,production mode from several aspects has carried on the elaboration and analysis,and then,this article selects the haier 10 financial indicators,using principal component analysis(pca)to haier's financial performance was analyzed,and concluded that the 2002 to 2018,haier's management efficiency of the financial data.Then,in order to understand the impact of the combination of industry and finance on haier's operating efficiency,the change of haier's operating efficiency before and after the combination of industry and finance was analyzed based on the time point of haier's combination of industry and finance,and a horizontal comparison was made with the same industry and the average level of the industry.Then,the entity operating efficiency and capital operating efficiency of haier before and after the combination of industry and finance were analyzed,and the long-term assetefficiency and short-term asset efficiency of haier before and after the combination of industry and finance were analyzed.Through the analysis of haier with melting instance,this paper obtained with melting to positive effect on haier's management efficiency,at the same time,according to the data listed in this paper,and the relevant analysis,haier with melting can be drawn from operating effectively promote the development of haier entity industry,help enterprises to play a synergistic effect,for the enterprise provides a strong and stable funding,for haier's diversification and internationalization strategy advantage,also for the sustainable development of haier has laid a good foundation.Finally,this paper combines the conclusion with the actual situation,puts forward some Suggestions,and completes the transformation from theory to practice.
