| In the context of coastal culture,Rongcheng has born many traditional villages with regional characteristics.Its village spatial pattern and traditional buildings are preserved completly with distinctive coastal cultural characteristics.It has extremely high research value.Under the background of the rural vitalization strategy,through the investigation it has been found that most of the planned or implemented Ronghai Coastal Villages constructions are concentrated on the improvement of the single physical space environment,which makes the village spatial planning unmatched with development of its economic,ecological,cultural,social aspects.Many coastal traditional villages in Rongcheng City are facing transforming and upgrading.Its protection and development should comply with the four-in-one to realize the common development of industry,environment,culture and society.This article takes Dongyandun Village as an example to explain the overall revitalization of of the village economy,ecology,culture and governance by stimulating the vitality of the village industry.The main research contents and processes are as follows:(1)Explore the basic theory and development process of the rural vitalization,summarize the era connotation of the rural vitalization and the problems and demands of protection and development.(2)Refine the characteristics of convergence and alienation of Rongcheng village.Based on the protection value and development value impact factors,statistics are made to classify Rongcheng coastal villages into four types: P+D+ inheritance promotion type,P-D+ development type,P-D-shrink type,P+D-characteristic protection type,etc.In addition,a preliminary analysis of the development of different villages is made.(3)Select representative village Dongyandun Village as an example for the status quo analysis(4)Summarize the value characteristics of Dongyandun Village based on the analysis of regional convergence and alienation characteristics as a benchmark,and explore the problems and demands combined with questionnaires and interviews(5)Under the context of Dongyandun Village,it interprets the strategies of "industry prosperity","ecological livability","local civilization" and "effective governance",and proposes corresponding protection Development planning and strategies(6)Return to the level of Rongcheng coastal traditional villages,elaborate the author’s thoughts on the future protection and development and Summarize the relevant protection development theories and approaches applicable to Rongcheng coastal villages under the background of rural revitalization.It brings extended meaning and enlightenment for the protection and development of villages in Rongcheng and the Bohai Rim region.In addition,it has a positive significance for the protection and inheritance of regional traditional culture.The study believes that Rongcheng coastal traditional villages should be positioned as the development goals of "stronger","richer" and "more beautiful",Dongyandun Village as so on.It should take industrial development as the driving force and the intangible cultural heritage as a breakthrough point,capitalize the land and promote industrial transformation and integration,and construct a management mechanism with both operators,cooperatives,village stewards,and governments to carry out risk prevention and control or manage,also implement it in the spatial planning of the village.In this way,a protection development plan that integrates industrial planning,cultural development,and ecological settlements,etc.is formed.In a word,higher-level planning,professional planners and the actual needs of villagers should be considered to get in-depth analysis of villages’ dilemmas and demands and construct a“four-in-one” protection and development strategy to stimulate the endogenous power of the village to achieve a comprehensive revitalization of the village industry,ecology,culture and governance. |
