With the proposal of relevant national energy conservation policies, building energy conservation is imperative. As a major energy consumer in my country, colleges and universities consume an important proportion of the total energy consumption of buildings in my country. Therefore, reducing the electricity consumption of public buildings in colleges and universities is one of the effective ways to save energy on campus. However, the existing research does not take into account the seasonal and time difference of electricity consumption in colleges and universities. To this end, this study takes the teaching building and dormitory building in a public building of a college in Shaanxi Province as an example, and considers the behavior law of electricity consumption in public buildings of colleges and universities. On the basis of refining the influencing factors of electricity consumption, analyzing the seasonal and periodical characteristics of electricity consumption of public buildings in universities, and finally put forward energy-saving measures suitable for public buildings in universities in Shaanxi Province. The research work mainly has the following aspects:(1)Analyze the law of electricity consumption of public buildings in colleges and universities and explore the factors influencing electricity consumption.According to the statistical results of the investigation, the electricity consumption behavior of the teaching building and the dormitory building is analyzed;then the literature on the power consumption influencing factors is sorted out and the theoretical model of the power consumption influencing factors of public buildings in colleges and universities is constructed using the rooted theory method;finally, the theoretical model based onthe power consumption influencing factors Refine the key factors of electricity consumption in teaching buildings and dormitory buildings.(2)Analyze the seasonal and periodical characteristics of electricity consumption of public buildings in colleges and universities.Based on the key factors of electricity consumption in teaching buildings and dormitory buildings, the dynamic energy consumption monitoring data of colleges and universities in 2018 is used as the data source, and a regression model is established to analyze the seasonal and periodical characteristics of electricity consumption. The measures provide a realistic basis.(3)Propose energy-saving measures for public buildings in colleges and universities.According to the analysis results of seasonal and periodical characteristics of power consumption, combined with the shortcomings in the current situation of energy-saving development of college buildings, the seasonal and periodical energy-saving measures of teaching buildings and dormitory buildings are proposed to indicate the direction of energy saving in colleges and universities in the future. The following conclusions are obtained through research: from a seasonal point of view, the electricity consumption of the teaching building in summer is remarkable, and the fan utilization rate, which represents the electricity consumption behavior of the equipment in the key factors of electricity consumption,is greatly affected by the temperature. The dormitory building also uses electricity in summer The characteristics are remarkable, among which the air conditioner utilization rate and the air conditioner temperature setting value, which represents the air conditioner electricity consumption behavior, have the greatest influence on the power consumption. From the perspective of time period, the electricity consumption of the teaching building during the exam week is significant. The exam week causes changes in students ' work and rest behaviors. The increase in the number of classroom self-study leads to more non-stationary electricity consumption during the exam week;the dormitory building has electricity on weekdays and weekends. The difference is that the use of lighting fixtures on weekdays is greatly affected by the use of lighting fixtures and the power consumption. The percentage of people in the room on weekends increases, resulting in an increase in computer utilization on weekend power consumption.Based on the aboveanalysis results, corresponding energy-saving measures can be proposed for the teaching building and the dormitory building.
