In the shield construction,Ground fissure is a special geological disaster in Xi’an.The irregularity and valentines of its activities bring huge hidden dangers to the construction of Xi’an’s underground pipe gallery.However,there are still few research results on the mechanical response and early warning of underground fractures crossing ground fractures to provide reference for the design and safe construction of underground pipe gallery crossing ground fissures.Based on this,this paper takes an underground pipe gallery project as the research carrier,and uses numerical analysis software ABAQUS to conduct in-depth research on the structure deformation laws and safety early warning method of the three main ground cracks crossing the project under different ground fissure displacement conditions.The research content and results of this article mainly include:(1)Using ABAQUS numerical analysis,the three main ground fissures passing through the background project are subjected to in-depth analysis of surface deformation,structural deformation,stress of the pipe gallery,and voiding conditions at the bottom of the pipe gallery under different ground fissure displacements.When intersecting,with the increase of the ground fissure displacement,the vertical settlement of the ground surface and the pipe fluctuating amount generally increase;the smaller the oblique angle with the ground fissure,the farther away from the deformation joint,the tensile stress caused Larger;when the contact pressure is 0,the lower part of the upper coil gallery structure will be emptied.(2)Based on the finite element analysis data,establish an appropriate prediction model between the structural stress and the ground fissure displacement,and analyze the two prediction methods of the exponential smoothing method and the secondmoving average method for safety in the underground pipe gallery crossing the ground fissure zone The applicability of the prediction provides a theoretical basis for the safety early warning of the underground pipe gallery.(3)By analyzing the basic theory of early warning management,a safety early warning standard for underground pipe galleys crossing ground fissure zones is constructed.The vertical settlement of the ground surface,the structural stress of the pipe gallery,the amount of ground fissure dislocations,and the contact pressure were taken as quantitative warning indicators for the safety of the comprehensive pipe gallery across the ground fissure zone.Early-warning response measures and early-warning cancellation standards standardize the early-warning work of pipe galleys that cross ground fissures,thereby ensuring timely resolution or reduction of risks and minimizing possible disaster losses.(4)It is proposed that the safety early warning management of the underground comprehensive pipeline corridor crossing the ground fissure zone consists of four separate modules: police situation prediction monitoring,early warning feedback,early warning response,and early warning release.Based on an in-depth understanding of the entire process of early warning management,the proposed early warning standard system for underground pipe gallery safety technology across ground fissure zones was applied to specific projects,and building a complete set of a project The safety early warning management system provides reference for the implementation of other similar engineering early warning management work.
