With the continuous development of modern management technology,project schedule management,as one of the key points of project management research,runs through the whole process of the project,and directly affect the entire project duration,resource consumption and related staffing.Aiming at the shortcomings of the commonly used traditional project schedule management methods(such as critical path method,etc.),this paper takes the elevator replacement project in the dormitory of SD Sports Center as an example,and studies a project schedule management method based on the resource-constrained scheduling model,which provides a new idea for the schedule management of a kind of practical engineering project.The main work of the thesis includes:(1)In this article,the elevator replacement project of SD sports center dormitory building is divided into three phases,the first phase of which has been completed.First,the project analysis and task decomposition are carried out.For the project delay problem caused by the critical path method in the first phase of the project,the problems and influencing factors of project schedule management are summarized.(2)In order to solve the problems in the first phase project,a new project schedule management method based on resource-constrained scheduling model is studied and applies in the second phase of the project.This method takes the project duration and resource usage as the optimization objective,and uses the NSGA-II algorithm to optimize the multi-mode resource-constrained model of the elevator replacement project to obtain multiple Pareto optimal project schedules.Through the comparison and analysis with the first phase project schedule,the effectiveness of the method in this paper is verified.(3)A general framework of the project construction is given,and the suitable project schedule is selected and implemented according to the specific conditions of the project construction,the requirements of field operation and Cooperation for project schedule planning are analyzed.Finally,according to the construction site management,technical measures and quality control further study on the elevator replacement project schedule management.In summary,the paper studies a project schedule management method based on the resource-constrained scheduling model.By comparing the results of using different schedule management methods in the first and second phases of the elevator replacement project in the SD Sports Center dormitory building The method in this paper has certain theoretical research significance and practical application value,and it is also expected to be further extended to larger-scale engineering project schedule management.
