Aerial Engine Blades Based On Structural Light Scanning Research On Three-dimensional Measurement Techniques

Turbine blade of aeroengine is the core part of the engine,its performance directly affects the aerodynamic performance and service life of the engine.In order to make the best use of the performance of the engine blade and reduce the manufacturing cost of the blade,it is clearly required to disassemble the whole set of engine blade after a certain working period in the engine blade specification.Based on the careful understanding of the requirements of the project,this paper focuses on the research of structured light three-dimensional measurement technology.This paper mainly completed the following research work:(1)The basic principle of structured light 3-D measurement technology is analyzed.The phase value solution and phase unwrapping,system calibration,3-D point cloud computing and post-processing of point cloud data are studied in detail.(2)The four-step phase-shift algorithm,three-frequency heterodyne algorithm and exponential time series expansion algorithm are simulated by MATLAB software.The accuracy of point cloud rendezvous is simulated and analyzed by using MATLAB software,which provides a reliable theoretical simulation for hardware selection.(3)The three-dimensional measuring device of structured light is built with commercial projector and megapixel camera.The three-dimensional point cloud data are obtained by measuring the surface of step-shaped object.The phase principal value solving process,phase unwrapping algorithm and point cloud intersection algorithm of four-step phase-shifting grating algorithm are verified.Processing power.(4)According to theoretical analysis and preliminary test results,the first three-dimensional scanner prototype was designed with industrial projector and high-performance camera lens,and the blades of aeroengine were effectively measured with the prototype.
