The Weapon Target Assignment(WTA)is an important link of the air defense missile weapon system,which directly affects its operational effectiveness and even the success or failure of the battle.Based on the existing research findings,the paper gives a detailed reasearch on the Weapon-Target Assignment issue on the basis of adaptive large neighborhood reasearch algorithm(ALNS).First of all,the paper analyzes the research status of WTA issue and the intelligent algorithm commonly used to solve the issue.Besides,it classifies the WTA issue from different perspectives,focusing on static and dynamic WTA issues.According to the dynamic change of battlefield environment,an online WTA model based on Interception Geometry is proposed in this paper.Based on determining the mathematical model of WTA issue,this paper designs and improves the classical optimization algorithm in the light of the actual problems of the air defense missile weapon system.At the same time,on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing optimization algorithms for solving complex NP problems,the paper adopts ALNS algorithm to tackle WTA issue.In view of the characteristics of WTA issue,the paper designs three kinds of damage operators and three kinds of repair operators,which are selected through adaptive layer so as to improve the search efficiency of the algorithm.Aimed at the effect of randomness on operator performance evaluation,the paper enhances the adaptive layer of ALNS algorithm.Meanwhile,it adopts the algorithm of simulated annealing to accept the inferior solution with a certain probability,which not only ensures the stability of the algorithm and improves the search efficiency,but also expands the search space of the algorithm.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of ALNS algorithm are verified by simulation experiments.Compared with the algorithm of traditional ant colony and that of particle swarm optimization,the result show that: The improved ALNS algorithm possesses high precision,fast convergence rate and superior time performance in solving WTA of air defense missile weapon system.
