In this paper,the pupil modulation super-resolution technology of telescope optical system is studied under the background of telescope optical system.Specifically,the design of the 0-π step phase filter is carried out,and the influence of the field stop on the pupil and image field in the telescope optical system is analyzed,the influence of the field stop on the super-resolution effect of the optical system is studied,and the design of the compensation element is carried out.According to the theory of super-resolution imaging,four kinds of step phase pupil filters are designed,including two ring band filter,three ring band filter,four ring band filter and five ring band filter,then,the specific parameters and super-resolution index values of each filter are given Then the four kinds of filters are added to telescope optical system for simulation,and the experiment is built to verify the super-resolution imaging effect of the four kinds of filters.It is found that the highest super-resolution ratio’s filter is four ring pupil filter,which ratio is 1.34 times.The super-resolution ratio of the five ring pupil filter is 1.31 times,and its side lobe intensity is the lowest,not more than 0.1 times of its main lobe peak.Although pupil filter can improve the super-resolution ratio,it can also increase the intensity of side lobe and affect the imaging quality of main lobe.In the past,the method to deal with is to add a field stop to the local field imaging,but the diffraction effect of the field stop itself will also affect the super-resolution imaging.In this paper,the influence of the field stop on the PSF of the pupil and the image plane is studied by using the four ring band filter telescope super-resolution imaging system as the research carrier,it is found that the field stop has a significant effect on the field of light at pupil and image plane,and even makes the super-resolution optical system lose its super-resolution effect,and it also improves the intensity of side lobe.This paper proposes a compensation method to modify the surface shape of the filter,and carries out simulation analysis and experimental verification,which proves that this method can compensate the effect of the field stop on the super-resolution imaging well.For the telescope system with low sidelobe strength five band filter,the simulation of multi-target super-resolution imaging is carried out.The results show that the filter has little sidelobe effect and is suitable for multi-target super-resolution imaging.After the tolerance analysis of eccentricity,tilt,phase and step points of the 0-π step phase pupil filter.It is found that in the telescope optical system designed in this paper,the eccentricity and tilt of the filter have little influence on the super-resolution imaging effect,while the tolerance sensitivity of the phase and step points are high,and the errors produced by them have great influence on the super-resolution imaging effect,and the phase error will cause the focus lateral shift.
