This paper mainly relies on the coupling transfer of heat and moisture in the wall to study the problems of moisture accumulation and mold growth in the enclosure structure.Based on Delphin software and VTT model,this paper will comprehensively analyze various environmental factors of mold growth and study the main environmental factors affecting mold growth.Through simulation,the causes of mold growth on walls in northern and southern regions were compared,and the relationship between mold growth and wall structure in thermal bridge in northern China was studied,such as changing insulation layer,adding air layer,etc.An envelope structure which can inhibit or reduce the growth of mold was proposed,in order to provide reference data for future designers to design wall structure.A one-dimensional model was used to study the factors affecting mold growth on walls in cold regions,such as temperature and humidity,and air permeability.Calculation analysis of cold region on behalf of the city of Harbin,in aerated concrete and reinforced concrete as the load bearing part of a wall,at the same time considering the EPS board for thermal insulation material of insourcing moderate external thermal insulation wall,the wall of the heat transfer and mold growth problems,different temperature and humidity distribution inside the wall under the structure of wall,the wall wet accumulation within the average liquid water content and coefficient of thermal conductivity and thermal insulation layer mold growth.In addition,the heat and humidity transfer and mold breeding of the wall with reinforced concrete and polystyrene board as insulation materials in Changsha,a representative city in southern China,were studied and analyzed to obtain the temperature and humidity distribution,moisture accumulation and mold breeding in the wall.Then further comparative analysis of the south and north mold breeding situation,as well as the distribution of temperature and humidity inside the wall.The two-dimensional model of Delphin software was used to simulate the dynamic heat and humidity coupling transfer of the thermal bridge on the external thermal insulation wall in the cold region of Harbin city with reinforced concrete and EPS plates,get different structures in the wall during the winter when the thermal bridge in relative humidity reaches maximum,the wall color map and the distribution of temperature and humidity in the wall of the structure of the thermal bridge of temperature and humidity variation,and mold growth.Based on the above analysis of the thermal bridge in cold areas,as well as the severity of mold breeding.Through the reasonable design of several existing thermal bridge wall structures,such as adding thermal insulation coating on the inside of the wall and adding aluminum insulation strips on the window frames,the mold breeding caused by the thermal bridge can be reduced,in order to provide reference data for the design of wall structure in the future.
