In this paper,the pneumatic actuator of a small guided bomb is taken as the research object,and the mathematical model of actuator system are established by applying the theory of electromagnetic and pneumatic pressure.The transfer function of the pneumatic actuator system of the valve is established throrgh experiments.In order to analyze and design the performance of the system,we first establish the mathematical model of PWM linearized pneumatic actuator.The mathematical model of PWM linear actuator system includes five parts:electromagnet parts,valve control cylinder parts,load equation,pulse width modulation amplif ier and feedback loop.The mathematic model of the electromagnet part is very complex.When linear analysis is carried out,the ideal switch or delay link is usually added to the electromagnet.In order to highlight the impact of pneumatic valve on system performance,the solenoid valve is treated as an ideal switch element,that is,the opening and closing of the solenoid are synchronized with the electrical signal,without considering the delay,and its delay control method is overcome.This topic mainly uses MATLAB software and its function module Simulink 's powerful mathematical operation ability and the graphics display ability is simulated by computer,which can provide reference for selecting control algorithm and optimizing control parameters of actuator system.On the other hand,through the test of the system,the control parameters of the system are further optimized to improve the dynamic response performance of the system.In order to realize the stabilization of the rudder at low speed and track the input instructions accurately,most modern control technologies adopt pulse width modulation(PWM)control.Both theory and practice prove that low-speed crawling can be eliminated by using PWM linearized servo control system.This requires that the control can convert the control signal into PWM signal at the same time,and then output it to the actuator driver.Therefore,the actuator controller plays an important role in the design of the actuator system.In this paper,the pulse width modulation(PWM)linearized servo control system is used to control the opening motion of the solenoid valve,realize the continuous proportional control of pressure and flow,and complete the electrical conversion control.The processor selected for the steering gear control system is the TMS320F28335 series DSP produced by TI Company.The corresponding hardware matching circuit is studied according to the actual task requirements.The open-loop Bode diagram of the pneumatic actuator system is used to analyze the frequency characteristics of the system.According to the design requirements of the system,the PD control system is designed to advance the correction,improve the amplitude-frequency-phase-frequency width of the pneumatic actuator system,and improve the self-sustaining oscillation caused by the non-linear links.
