In recent years,with the acceleration of urban development and the rapid progress of economy,people pay more and more attention to the problem of water quality.Residents' requirements for drinking water have been transferred from water supply stability to water supply safety.The biggest problem of water supply safety is water pollution.There are many factors in water pollution,such as organic pollution,industrial pollution,agricultural pollution and domestic pollution.There are also the shortcomings of the traditional process compared with the modern water treatment process,which needs to be optimized with the progress of science and technology,so it is imperative to study and develop a new water purification process.Based on the monitoring and analysis of raw water quality,according to the data of source water temperature,turbidity,p H,algae,ammonia nitrogen,oxygen consumption,total colony number,total coliform group and heat-resistant coliform group,it is concluded that the water source is characterized by low temperature and low turbidity,and slightly polluted water source.Furthermore,the treatment technology of low temperature and low turbid water was studied.According to the characteristics of low temperature and low turbidity micro pollution raw water,through the analysis of low temperature,low turbidity and micro pollution,the treatment scheme of single layer lateral flow inclined plate sedimentation tank V type chlorine tank and the disinfection method of liquid chlorine combined with tube ultraviolet disinfection were worked out.According to the analysis of operation data of water plant,compared with the data analysis of turbidity,ammonia nitrogen,total colony,coliform bacteria,dissolved oxygen and oxygen consumption in and out of the plant water,it is concluded that the average turbidity of factory water is 0.21 NTU,the average oxygen consumption is 2.01 mg / L,the average ammonia nitrogen content is less than 0.01 mg / L,the average dissolved oxygen content is 9.02 mg / L,the total colony number and coliform group have not been detected.There is no naked eye visible in the factory water,and no odor and taste are detected,which meets the requirements of drinking Water Sanitary Standard(GB5749-2006).Prove that through this The process can meet the hygienic standard of drinking water(GB5749-2006).The process runs stably.The economic and technical analysis of water plant is carried out through the economic and technical analysis of water plant through the outsourcing fuel and power cost,pharmacy fee,staff salary,fixed assets depreciation,amortization ofintangible assets and other assets,repair expenses,etc.Through the environmental evaluation and analysis of sewage treatment,solid waste treatment,chlorine leakage prevention and so on,the best measures have been worked out,which has made the operation effect of water plant achieve the best economic,environmental and social benefits.
