Strapdown inertial navigation is a kind of system that can independently complete navigation tasks without other auxiliary information.Because of the characteristics of this technology,strapdown inertial navigation is adopted in flight navigation and control systems related to national interests and security,such as manned spaceflight and strategic weapons.Strapdown inertial navigation system is the core component of the control system,and its reliability determines the quality of the completion of the task.The inertial instrument used by strapdown inertial navigation system is an electromechanical integration product with complex structure,but its reliability is obviously lower than that of other components.The adoption of redundancy technology is an effective,economical and feasible method to improve the reliability of strapdown inertial navigation system.Based on the manned space using the strapdown inertial navigation as the background,combined with the task used the strapdown inertial navigation,a nalyses the problems existing in the existing products,corresponding to this article for manned space using the strapdown inertial navigation as the background,combined with the task used the strapdown inertial navigation,analyses the problems existing in the existing products,corresponding to the strapdown inertial navigation for manned space inertial component redundancy configuration scheme and fault detection and data fusion method is studied.Determines the unit redundant Yu Jie configuration schem e of inertial inertial components,puts forward the performance evaluation of the strapdown inertial navigation function,evaluation function derived inertia are used to determine the unit redundant Yu Jie configuration scheme of inertial inertial componen ts,puts forward the performance evaluation function of the strapdown inertial navigation,using evaluation function to derive the optimal configuration of inertial instrument Angle,compared the positive diagonal and installation of the strapdown inertial navigation and inertial instrument oblique cone compared the performance of the installed memory.Based on the analysis of the reliability of the unit redundant strapdown inertial navigation system,according to the optimal configuration,the 7-element redundant strapdown inertial navigation system and 12-table fully inclined conical installation unit redundant strapdown inertial navigation system are proposed.A fault detection and isolation method based on residual test is proposed for the element redun dancy strapdown inertial navigation system.To deal with the problem of multiple measurement information synthetical processing of the same sensitive axis,the least squares analysis of variance method is adopted to realize data fusion,which improves the fault detection efficiency and strapdown inertial navigation accuracy.The experiment is verified by using twelve form element redundant strapdown system.
