Study On Optimization Of Construction Cycle Management Of Boiler Feedwater Project In HG Conpany

As a capital-intensive and technology-intensive manufacturing industry,thermal power equipment manufacturing industry has always been the equipment manufacturing industry that allows the state's economical rapid and stable development and has a profound historical development background.As one of the earliest domestic manufacturers for boiler feed water products,HG company's market share and customer loyalty can't meet the company expectations at all.With a shrinking thermal power marketing environment and the homogenization for boiler feed water products and the increasingly fierce market competition,the construction period of boiler feed water projects speaks increasingly louder in respect to marketing development.Problems that influence the construction period are gradually exposed which forces the HG company to improve the management for boiler feed water project progress.Therefore,further measures should be taken to achieve an effective improvement on progress management to solve the existing problems and the project implementation should be ensured.The author finds out the existing problems in the current project construction progress management through visiting survey and questionnaire survey,and conducts a thorough research on the existing problems.Long period of design in the traditional way and of bidding and purchasing of out-sourced components,inferior quality and inefficient project construction information management and application that directly result in the out-of-control construction period were found out.The main factors were found out based on two aspects including the company internal and external implemental situations,and internal factors were found out including design process,out-sourced part purchasing and lack of construction information support that delay the construction period.On this basis,scheme to improve the boiler feed water product design mode,to standardize the outsourcing parts management system,and to strengthen the management and application of information in the project construction process are designed.At the same time,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the schemes,measures were issued such as perfecting the team building,strengthening the professionalization,designing the information management system for project construction,and establishing the evaluation system for the implementation of measures.Through the research and improvement on HG company boiler feed water project construction period,summing up the improvement plan and promoting effective implementation measures to solve the HG company boiler feed water period management problems that exist in the project construction process are expected.Meanwhile,a useful reference is provided for similar project construction period management in the future.
