Accurate prediction of people's thermal sensation in building space is conducive to energy conservation.Proper indoor temperature is conducive to people's work efficiency and life happiness.Regional climate,individual characteristics and other factors affect thermal comfort.There have been studies on office,residential,classroom,shopping malls and other building types,while the catering space in Colleges and universities is lack of attention.The behavior characteristics of diners may affect their own evaluation of thermal sensation.In this study,the dining space of colleges and universities in the cold area is taken as the research object.In the hottest month in summer and the coldest month in winter,the subjective thermal sensations,basic information and behavior characteristics of diners are investigated on the spot,and the physical environment parameters are measured.Data processing methods include: exploratory analysis,independent sample t-test,linear equation regression,support vector machine,classification decision tree,etc.The main conclusions are as follows:In summer,the space of University catering buildings in natural ventilation state is overheated,and the heat acceptance rate is only 60%.Improving thermal comfort can improve diners' appetite and taste rating.The neutral temperature of diners was 26.1?.The thermal neutral temperature of male group is 26.3?,and that of female group is 24.41?.With the increase of outdoor thermal experience,the thermal neutral temperature rises.With the increase of dining time,the thermal neutral temperature rises.The thermal neutral temperature of the diners who eat cold food is on the high side.In winter,the catering space of the university with central heating is very comfortable,and the heat acceptance rate is 94%.The total group thermal neutral temperature of diners is 18.2 ?,in which the male group thermal neutral temperature is 18.5?,and the female group thermal neutral temperature is 17.1?.With the increase of outdoor thermal experience,the thermal neutral temperature rises.With the increase of dining time,the thermal neutral temperature rises.The diners from cold and cold areas are not as hardy as those from thermal summer and cold winter and thermal summer and warm winter areas.The thermal neutral temperature of catering space in Colleges and universities is lower than that of other building types,which deserves attention.The reasons may include: the thermal resistance of diner's clothing is too large,the influence of temperature mutation and the special thermal balance equation of diner.Men's thermal neutral temperature is higher than women's.It may be caused by the physiological differences between men and women when eating.In summer,the prediction accuracy of SVM model in machine learning is 67.0%,which is higher than 36.4% of TSV equation.The important factors that affect individual thermal sensation are outdoor air temperature and indoor air humidity.In winter,the prediction accuracy of SVM model is 55.0%,which is greater than 26.8% of the TSV equation of the population.The outdoor thermal environment has a great influence on the thermal comfort of university dining space in the cold area,which needs more attention.
