| In recent decades,the space industry has developed rapidly,Human exploration of the universe has entered a new stage.Now,many countries in the world are vigorously developing their space activities,carrying out manned spaceflight,building space stations and conducting space experiments.However,due to its huge cost,in order to ensure the normal operation of all the equipment in space and meet the requirements of the target,a large number of ground simulation experiments should be carried out in the laboratory before the launch.As a result,the microgravity simulation technology has become one of the most important technologies in the world.With the efforts of spaceflight workers from all over the world,the microgravity simulation experiment has made great progress and appeared microgravity falling tower,Microgravity simulation by air bearing and water flotation,and Active vertical-direction gravity compensation system.This paper analyzes the existing space microgravity simulation technology,A gravity unloading device is designed which can simulate the microgravity in three dimensional space and is supported by air bearing,Some shortcomings of the original technology have been solved.First,according to the requirements of the object of microgravity experiment,Analysis design requirements,Understand the experimental procedure and the technical specifications to be achieved by the gravity unloading device.The device is decomposed into various systems,and the structural composition and working principle of each system are analyzed emphatically.Secondly,the structure design of the gravity unloading device was carried out,and Adams software was used to analyze and calculate the displacement,velocity and acceleration of the hanging point of the experimental object.The structural design process of air float system and relevant theoretical calculation are carried out.Analysis of the structural design process and principle of the hanging mechanism system.Analysis of the control system of gravity unloading device,including the composition of the control system,selection and control strategy analysis.The control strategy of gravity unloading device plays a decisive role in the results of space microgravity simulation experiment.In this paper,based on the actual experimental process and the structure of the gravity unloading device,the horizontal fol low-up control strategy based on the Angle encoder and the vertical follow-up control strategy based on the one-dimensional force sensor are designed.Using Matlab for simulation to verify the rapidity and effectiveness of the control strategy.Finally,mechanical and electrical systems related to the experimental platform are built to conduct space microgravity simulation experiments.The experimental results are compared with those obtained by traditional space microgravity simulation methods to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the design of gravity unloading device. |
