As a precision elastic element,the spring tube is a key part of the electro-hydraulic servo valve commonly used in the aerospace,nautical,and aviation fields.Its rigidity parameter has a great influence on the control performance of the corresponding device.Therefore,the production process of the spring tube In addition to high accuracy requirements for its size and geometry,it also has high requirements for its rigidity characteristics.With the improvement of manufacturing technology and the needs of aerospace technology development,the original traditional rigidity measurement method can no longer meet the measurement accuracy requirements.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the new precision elastic element rigidity measurement technology.The purpose of this subject is to design a precision elastic element rigidity measuring device with fast and convenient work set clamping,high loading and measuring accuracy,automatic data collection,analysis and processing,and high reliability.In this paper,the deflection formula of the spring tube under lateral force bending is derived through the theory of elastic mechanics,and the deformation of the spring tube calculated by the elastic deflection formula,material mechanical deflection formula,and finite element simulation is compared,which provides a basis for error analysis..Secondly,by analyzing the use conditions of the deflection formula and the requirements of the subject,the design requirements for the rigidity measurement device are proposed in several points,and the overall scheme of the rigidity measurement system is designed.According to the overall plan of the designed rigidity measurement system,combined with the actual production,the development of the rigidity measurement device was completed.The device uses a stepper motor equipped with a turbo reducer as a loading device to achieve the loading of micro loads;by selecting appropriate measurement and control hardware equipment,the corresponding measurement and control software is developed,and the automatic measurement of the rigidity measurement device is realized;the mobile platform of the device design And the bottom platform can realize the rapid movement of the measuring and loading device and improve the measurement accuracy;through the comparison and selection of a variety of spring tube fixing solutions,the device can quickly clamp and limit the displacement of the boss.Through theoretical analysis and finite element simulation methods,the effects of systematic errors such as component manufacturing and installation errors of the rigidity measuring device developed and rigidity measuring principle errors on therigidity measuring system were analyzed,in order to further improve the precision elastic element rigidity measuring device Accuracy provides a scientific basis.In addition,this article also explains how to deal with the rigidity measurement experimental data and how to calculate the standard uncertainty of the rigidity measurement system.
