THAAD interceptor is a kind of anti-missile interceptor weapon with both internal and external combat capability.It has the characteristics of strong maneuver ability and large interception area.It is a research hotspot in academic and engineering fields.Due to the aerodynamic and thermal constraints,the THAAD seeker adopts the layout scheme of the side window,which inevitably brings challenges to the design of the attitude control system.In view of this problem,the paper takes the THAAD interceptor as the research object,considers the side window constraint and the strong aerodynamic interference,establishes the interceptor attitude control system model,carries out the attitude control method research,the concrete arrangement is as follows:Firstly,the development status of kinetic energy interceptors at home and abroad is investigated systematically.The present guidance control methods with side window constraints and direct force attitude control methods are analyzed and summarized in detail.The main contents of the thesis are given.Firstly,the present situation of kinetic energy interceptor at home and abroad is investigated systematically,and the existing side window detection technology and direct force attitude control method are analyzed and summarized in detail.Secondly,mathematical modeling of kinetic energy interceptor is carried out,the common coordinate system and its conversion relation are defined in the modeling process,the overall parameters of kinetic energy interceptor are investigated,and the kinematics and dynamics equations of kinetic energy interceptor are established.And then,the KKV attitude control method with side window constraints is studied The side window coordinate system and the side window line of sight angle constraint are defined,the analytical formula is derived,the initial capture of the side window and the side window orientation process are designed,and the side window control method is studied;the attitude rail control engine is modeled,the traditional PID attitude controller is designed to complete the simulation analysis of KKV six degrees of freedom.Finally,a sliding mode attitude controller based on cascade self-disturbance is designed to solve the problem of nonlinear strong coupling and aerodynamic torque interference.The dual-loop sliding mode attitude controller is designed by using sliding mode variable structure method,and the sliding mode attitude controller is optimized by the idea of cascade self-disturbance.the differential term of the instruction is estimated simultaneously by the tracking differentiator smoothing instruction,the internal and external disturbances of the system are estimated by the extended state observer,the sliding mode control law is modified,and the stability of the extended state observer and the control system is analyzed.Complete the simulation KKV six degrees of freedom,compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the self-disturbance sliding mode controller designed in this paper.
