Building energy consumption simulation technology is an effective means to study building annual energy consumption level.The ground heat transfer is apparently threedimensional,and can’t be simulated in building simulation program,which assume the one-dimensional heat transfer of ground.With the insulation of building envelope,such as exterior wall,doors,windows,better and better,the heat transfer process of ground is more and more important.Therefore,it is very important to improve the accuracy of the input parameter of the heat transfer process.Supposing the thermal physical properties of soil and building materials not varies with temperature,simulated two-dimensional transient heat transfer characteristics of typical ground and basement ground in severe cold region.The annual temperature change of the most unfavorable point,the ground heat flux density and the equivalent heat transfer coefficient are studied.The equivalent heat transfer coefficient can be integrated into the one-dimensional heat transfer calculation of the building simulation software.Inputting accurate parameters improve the simulation accuracy while ensuring the simulation speed.The temperature changes of the soil layer and the ground heat flux density at different depths in spring,summer,autumn and winter were obtained respectively.The characteristics of the ground heat transfer process in each season were analyzed.The data of the soil layer temperature change at different depths throughout the year are provided to relevant scholars.The characters of heat transfer process influenced by factors,soil types,indoor and outdoor height differences,foundation forms,are studied separately.The influence degree of different factors was studied by sensitivity analysis and orthogonal experimental design method.Comparing the similarities and differences between the two methods.Based on above research,providing a thermal insulation scheme for ground construction in engineering projects.
