Prefabricated structure system has been widely used because of its advantages of energy saving and environmental protection,high production efficiency,building industrialization and great toughness potential.However,prefabricated structures only required to have the same strength with cast-in-place structures,now.It often leads to poor energy dissipation capacity of prefabricated structures.In addition,coupling beam is difficult to meet the design requirements of first yield under the pressure of flame energy dissipation,and reduce the bearing capacity and stiffness tends to cause early to meet the specification requirements of the problem.Therefore,this paper presents a kind of prefabricated anti-buckling steel plate composite beam with excellent energy dissipation capacity and independent design of stiffness and bearing capacity.Taking this as the research object,I mainly carried out the following research work:Design method of prefabricated anti-buckling steel composite beam.In view of the design concept of controllable stiffness of assembled anti-buckling steel plate composite beam,the construction scheme of anti-buckling steel plate composite beam is defined.In this paper,a kind of assembled coupling beam with excellent energy dissipation and controllable stiffness is proposed,and the simplified design calculation formula of the stiffness and bearing capacity of the coupling beam and the construction requirements of the joint are determined,which provides a reference for the subsequent design and theoretical derivation.Analysis on the mechanical properties of assembled anti-buckling steel composite beam.Through numerical analysis,the parameters such as the thickness of the embedded steel plate,the thickness and span of the connection section of the concrete cover plate were calculated,and the influence of the parameters on the mechanical properties of the composite beam was analyzed.The analysis results show that the concrete cover plate provides initial stiffness under small earthquakes.When the embedded steel plate is fixed,the thicker the connection section of the cover plate is,the greater the initial stiffness of the connecting beam is.By weakening the thickness of the end of the concrete cover plate and the reinforcement,the concrete cover plate of the connecting beam can quit work in advance under large earthquakes,and only the buckling effect of the embedded steel plate is preserved.Under the severe earthquake,the concrete cover plate quit the work,and the anti-buckling steel plate contributed to thewhole bearing capacity of the coupling beam.The thicker the anti-buckling steel plate is,the larger the bearing capacity of the coupling beam is,which can be used as the design parameter of the bearing capacity of the coupling beam.By designing different thickness of anti-buckling steel plate and flexible combination of thickness of connection section of cover plate,the stiffness of connecting beam can be controlled.Experimental study on composite coupling beam with fabricated anti-buckling steel plate.Based on the finite element analysis,the main bearing capacity and stiffness control parameters of the coupling beam are defined.According to the control parameters,three anti-buckling steel plate composite coupling beams and one steel plate composite coupling beam were designed,and the quasi-static test was carried out.The seismic performance parameters such as bearing capacity and stiffness control and energy dissipation capacity are analyzed.The experimental results show that the hysteric curves of the composite steel plate composite beam are more full and the energy dissipation capacity is stronger under the severe earthquake than that of the composite steel plate composite beam.It is verified that the stiffness and bearing capacity of the anti-buckling steel plate composite beam can be designed separately to achieve controllable stiffness.
