With the improvement of living standards,people's requirements for household appliances also increase,induction cooker as the product of modern kitchen revolution,the use of induction heating principle to make the metal pot with rapid heating,with the use of convenient,safe,efficient advantages.In recent years,the technology of radio energy transmission has developed rapidly.With its advantages of convenience,safety and cleanliness,it has been widely used in kitchen appliances.Based on the similarity of induction heating and radio energy transmission mechanism,this paper studies a multifunctional wireless energy supply kitchen equipment,which USES a power transmitting end to transmit energy to a metal cooker and a tailless household appliance,so as to realize two functions of induction heating and radio energy transmission.As an actuator of wireless energy transmission,coupling mechanism is the core factor to determine system performance.In this paper with a tablet core round litz wire coil as a wireless transmission of coupling mechanism,based on induction heating,and radio can transmit the mechanism of the equivalent circuit model of the two models are analyzed,and according to the center of the circular coil symmetry has established r-z coordinates of two-dimensional geometric model,using the analytic calculation method was used to solve model established by the electromagnetic field,analyses the similarities and differences between two kinds of models of electromagnetic field solution way.Based on solving the electromagnetic field,the equivalent circuit parameters of ac impedance coupling coil,induction heating pot with reflection,self inductance and mutual inductance coupling coil impedance modeling,model validation is studied by using simulation and real coil,analyses the composition and error sources of the coupling coil of ac impedance,effective model calibration method is proposed,and accurate analytical calculation model is established.On the basis of the above,the transmission efficiency model of the coupling mechanism of induction heating and radio energy transmission based on series resonant topology is established,and the working frequency constraints of the two modes with the same front-end circuit are analyzed.Aiming at transmission efficiency,this paper analyzes the differences and similarities of the effects of coupling coil parameters,radio energy transmission load and system operating frequency on the transmission performance of coupling coil under induction heating and radio energy transmission modes.Finally,the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to realize the optimal equilibrium of coupling coil efficiency and cost under the constraint of multiple variables,and to meet the power demand.Finally,a group of inductive heating coupling mechanism transmission efficiency and radio coupling mechanism transmission efficiency reach 97.61% and 99.35% at the same time of low cost is obtained.
