Design Of The Control System Of Breaking Test For HVDC Circuit Breaker

HVDC breaker is an important technical problem that restricts the extensive application of DC power transmission and its development to multi-terminal and network.The research on the test technology and test standard of HVDC breaker can effectively promote the development of HVDC circuit breaker technology.This paper takes the synthesis test platform of HVDC breaker as the research object.The breaking process is simulated and the control system of the test has been designed.Through the simulation of the actual breaking condition of the system,the technical characteristics of the synthesis test is summarized in this paper.On this basis,this paper deduces the parameters of the test,simulates the process of synthesis test.According to the characteristics and requirements of distributed test platform,the control system is designed to consider the isolation and the test accuracy and success rate,which include a remote test control module and four charging control modules in high voltage side.Optical fiber communication between modules is used to increase isolation voltage and improve communication quality.In order to further improve the test accuracy and success rate,the timing test program was designed to calibrate the switches action before the test.The trigger method based on cycle interrupt in single timer is used to improves the trigger precision.The mode of master-slave communication is adopted between modules to improve communication efficiency and accuracy.At the same time,the upper computer interface based on LabVIEW is designed to monitor the experimental process.Finally,a small volume synthesis experiment is carried out on the experimental platform.The test results show that the system can effectively monitor and control the whole process of HVDC breaker synthesis test.
