The current limiter has a good suppression effect on the short-circuit current in the power grid.In a specific type of current limiter,the speed of the operating mechanism plays a decisive role.The research focus of this topic is the study of the operating mechanism--a new electromagnetic relyzed on the moving iron core,casing and coil.Through the simulation of the moving iron core,the comparison between the radius of the moving iron core and the dynamic characteristics of different mapulsion mechanism.The finite element simulation software was used to obtain the parameters of the new mechanism,and the prototype of the mechanism and the test analysis were finally completed.The prominent part of the new electromagnetic repulsion mechanism is the design of the magnetic circuit of the mechanism.The magnetic circuit of the mechanism is mainly composed of the casing of the mechanism and the moving iron core.In this paper,the modeling and analysis of the magnetic circuit and the electromagnetic repulsion of the mechanism are analyzed.The next step is to use the simulation software to model the mechanism to obtain the structural parameters and velocity parameters of the mechanism.The structural parameters of the mechanism are mainly simulated and anaterials is determined.At the same time,the air gap distance between the static coil skeleton distance and the moving iron core is also determined.The simulation analysis of the shell determines the thickness and length of the shell.Coil simulation analysis to obtain the number of turns of the coil.The speed parameters of the mechanism are mainly analyzed by simulation of capacitance,coil resistance and eddy current effects.Through the simulation analysis of the capacitance,the influence of the capacitance value and voltage on the speed characteristics of the mechanism is obtained.Due to the effect of the eddy current effect of the magnetically permeable material under an alternating magnetic field,the effect of the eddy current effect on the speed of the mechanism is reconsidered.Finally,the prototype of a new repulsive mechanism is developed.After processing the test prototype,the mechanism was tested and analyzed for speed characteristics.Due to the influence of the eddy current effect of the magnetically permeable material in practice,the moving iron core of the mechanism was compared and analyzed under different materials.The materials mainly include electrical pure iron,silicon steel rods and silicon steel sheets.Finally,a comparative analysis of different materials is performed,including start time and full travel time.
