| With the rapid development of automobile industry,the automobile is gradually developing towards lightweight,rapid and intelligent direction,which puts forward higher requirements for safety and comfort during braking.Resin based friction materials are the most widely used friction materials.In this paper,cashew shell oil modified phenolic resin and NBR were used as the binder of experimental materials,carbon fiber and preoxygenated fiber as reinforcement,barite as filler.The effects of hot pressing technology,lubricant and fiber on the properties of materials were mainly studied,providing technical support for the development of friction materials with excellent comprehensive properties and low price.Hot pressing pressure is the most critical process parameter in the production process of friction materials,which has a great influence on the properties of materials.In this paper,the friction and wear properties and mechanical properties of the materials were tested.The results show that the hot pressing pressure has different effects on the friction coefficient of the material at different temperatures,especially in the low temperature zone;the increase of the hot pressing pressure reduces the volume wear rate of the material at various temperatures,and improves the hardness and impact strength of the material.The friction and wear morphology of the samples prepared at low pressure is more flat,the friction coefficient fluctuation is smaller and the friction is more stable;the friction and wear morphology of the samples prepared at high pressure is more flat and compact.Under the experimental conditions,the samples prepared under the pressure of 20 MPa show the best comprehensive performanceSolid lubricants act as antifriction agents in friction materials,which can effectively regulate and stabilize the friction and wear properties of materials in various temperature zones.In this paper,coke,MoS2 and graphite were selected as experimental materials,and orthogonal experimental method was used to study the effects of three antifriction agents and their synergistic effects on the properties of materials.The results show that three kinds of antifriction agents have different effects on friction coefficient and wear rate.There is obvious synergistic effect between them,and the degree of synergistic effect changes with the change of experimental parameters.The results show that the friction coefficients of the samples prepared by 3%coke,7%MoS2 and 11%graphite show the best stability.Preoxygenated silk fiber is the intermediate product of carbon fiber,which has good heat resistance,certain strength and low cost.In this paper,the influence of the content of preoxygenated filament on the properties of the material is studied.The results show that the heat decay rate of the material decreases and then increases with the increase of the content of preoxygenated filament.The friction stability of the material shows a simple downward trend.The preoxygenated filament can reduce the wear rate of the material in the high temperature zone.The impact strength of the material increases and then decreases with the increase of the content of preoxygenated filament The hardness increases gradually.It is found that the best performance is obtained when the content of preoxidized wire is 12%. |
