In traditional energy systems,the coupling relationships of various energy sources is weak,and different energy systems are relatively independent.For example,the power grid,heating network,and natural gas network are managed and operated by different companies,resulting in overall low energy use efficiency.With the increasingly serious energy and environmental issues,in order to improve the overall efficiency of energy and the ability to consume renewable energy,the demand for interconnection,integration and complementary integration of multiple types of energy is increasingly urgent.The dynamic simulation research of CCHP system will play a necessary role and significance for the coupling of multi-energy flow systems.CCHP system is an efficient and clean energy supply system.In recent years,the system has been widely adopted in various countries because of its advantages of “energy matching and cascade utilization”.The control strategy of CCHP unit plays an important role in improving its economic performance and safety performance.This paper according to the CCHP in energy island system built by an enterprise,based on the energy power system high precision simulation software-APROS,a dynamic simulation model of CCHP system is established,the system contains internal gas engine(ICE),lithium bromide absorption chiller(AC),ground-source heat pump(GSHP),gas-fired boiler(GB),thermal storage tank and so on,and GSHP system is built using RBF neural network data prediction method.The data of complex variable operating conditions of a certain day is selected as the boundary condition to run in the simulation system,and the simulation results are compared with the actual operating data of the enterprise to verify the applicability,accuracy and reliability of the simulation model.Based on the model built,and the local "time-of-use electricity price" of the energy island system,the corresponding control strategy is built,and the model is simulated and calculated under the two conditions of winter day and night,and the control strategy is analyzed The advantages.The simulation results show that the "cogeneration of electricity and heat" scheme can effectively reduce the gas consumption of the system,increase revenue for enterprises,and save energy and reduce emissions.In order to make the simulation system run automatically,on the basis of the above control model,a self-discipline control system is built,so that the CCHP system can automatically adjust the system load to meet the user's load change requirements without human intervention.The CCHP system uses this self-discipline control strategy to run under 4MW-6MW large-scale variable operating conditions.The results show that the system can adjust the output power of each system well.The simulation model built in this paper can well simulate the actual operation of the energy island system,and the built control strategy can make the CCHP system achieve the operation effect of energy saving and emission reduction.In addition,this simulation model can be used for future performance analysis and equipment optimization and fault diagnosis of CCHP system,and can also be used to design better scheduling strategies.
